Po­lice have ar­rest­ed a 32-year-old man in con­nec­tion with the pos­ses­sion of cannabis dur­ing an an­ti-crime ex­er­cise in Cas­cade, Bel­mont.

Of­fi­cers searched the sus­pect’s apart­ment, where they dis­cov­ered and seized a quan­ti­ty of cannabis along with sev­er­al pack­ets of cannabis resin.

The sus­pect was ar­rest­ed and lat­er charged with the fol­low­ing of­fences:

-Pos­ses­sion of 200 grams of cannabis

-Pos­ses­sion of cannabis resin

He was tak­en to the Bel­mont Po­lice Sta­tion.
