Three years after launching its own courier service with a delivery-only option for Tobago, Caribbean Airlines Jetpak has opened a physical office on the island.
The office was opened on Thursday in Crown Point, Tobago. According to the airline, while delivery remains an option, the new office allows customers to pick up packages in person. Customers also earn miles through the airline’s loyalty program whenever they use the Jetpak service.
In a media release Marklan Moseley, Caribbean Airlines’ General Manager of Cargo and New Business said, “As our Tobago customer base continues to grow, we’re excited to make shipping even more convenient with this new pick-up option at Cabana Shops, Crown Point."
Caribbean Airlines also plans to expand into other territories later this year. On February 12th, at a customer appreciation event, CAL CEO Garvin Medera said, “In 2025, our Cargo and Jetpak Courier Services will continue to grow, including the launch of door-to-door delivery in Guyana and then Jamaica.”
No timeline for the expansion has been given.
