Chaguanas Chamber salutes Khan's sterling performances

The Ch­agua­nas Cham­ber of Com­merce and In­dus­try (CCIC) has salut­ed Min­is­ter of En­er­gy and En­er­gy In­dus­tries Franklin Khan for his ster­ling per­for­mances to this coun­try.

Khan passed this morn­ing. The fol­low­ing is a state­ment by the CCIC:

"The Ch­agua­nas Cham­ber of Com­merce and In­dus­try (CCIC) wish­es to ex­tend its deep­est and heart­felt con­do­lences to the fam­i­ly of the Min­is­ter of En­er­gy Franklin Khan, who passed away ear­ly this morn­ing.

The CCIC, along with the busi­ness com­mu­ni­ty of Ch­agua­nas and its sur­round­ing en­vi­rons will keep the late En­er­gy Min­is­ter and his fam­i­ly in our thoughts and prayers dur­ing this time.

Richie Sookhai, Pres­i­dent of CCIC said: "While we share in the loss of Min­is­ter Khan with his fam­i­ly, we al­so thank the late pub­lic ser­vant for his ser­vice to the coun­try in his var­i­ous port­fo­lios as Min­is­ter of Works and Trans­port, Rur­al De­vel­op­ment and Lo­cal Gov­ern­ment and al­so as Min­is­ter of En­er­gy and En­er­gy In­dus­tries."

The CCIC salutes Min­is­ter Khan for his ster­ling per­for­mances and un­stint­ing du­ty to his coun­try."
