Live Eng­lish Pre­mier League games will be shown on CNC3 every Sat­ur­day af­ter the World Cup ends, Guardian Me­dia Ltd's Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor Dr Kar­ri­an Hep­burn-Mal­colm has an­nounced.

Hep­burn-Mal­colm made the an­nounce­ment dur­ing an in­ter­view on the Grand Slam Morn­ing show, along­side Oliv­er "Ol­ly" McIn­tosh of Ver­ti­cast, this morn­ing.

"We will be do­ing one match a week on Sat­ur­days," McIn­tosh said.

McIn­tosh said this broad­cast on free-to-air tele­vi­sion is to help view­ers who have been un­able to watch games.

"It is go­ing to com­ple­ment the broad­cast of the Pre­mier League on CSport on our App and via the ca­ble com­pa­nies. It is all around a win-win for the au­di­ence," he said
