A 20-year-old man was shot and killed in Cocorite on Monday night.
He has been identified as Kwasi King of Upper Cocorite Terrace.
According to police, King was sitting on a wall along the street around 9:30 pm on July 14 when two gunmen approached and opened fire.
He was shot multiple times in the head and upper body and collapsed onto the roadway. Police and soldiers responding to the scene took him to the St James Medical Complex, where he was pronounced dead at 9:46 pm.
Investigators recovered 14 spent 9 mm shell casings at the scene.
