Police are awaiting the results of an autopsy to determine the cause of death of a one-month-old baby boy, who reportedly had bruises on his body.
The infant was found unresponsive on Wednesday at his family’s Ragoonanan Road, Cunupia home and taken to hospital.
Police said officers from the Cunupia Police Station received a report of a sudden death at the Chaguanas District Health Facility around 5 pm.
