Investigating officers arrived to find Clement’s body lying in a track approximately 200 feet off the main road.
Residents claimed the area he was found in, was not highly trafficked except for farmers tending to their crops.
Relatives of the deceased who lived close by and were notified after Clement’s body was discovered, admitted to lawmen he was short tempered and was accustomed to getting into disputes with persons in the area.
