Prime Minister Rowley says he's written to Chief Secretary Farley Augustine inviting him to attend a meeting of the National Security Council tomorrow at the Office of the Prime Minister, Central Administrative Services Tobago.
According to the Prime Minister's Facebook page, Dr Rowley has been in Tobago since Saturday.
The Prime Minister said Minister of National Security Fitzgerald Hinds and members of the leadership of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service will attend tomorrow’s meeting.
Tobago has seen a spike in murders this year, with the island recording a triple murder last night in Black Rock.
