Prime Min­is­ter Row­ley says he's writ­ten to  Chief Sec­re­tary Far­ley Au­gus­tine invit­ing him to at­tend a meet­ing of the Na­tion­al Se­cu­ri­ty Coun­cil to­mor­row at the Of­fice of the Prime Min­is­ter, Cen­tral Ad­min­is­tra­tive Ser­vices To­ba­go. 

Ac­cord­ing to the Prime Min­is­ter's Face­book page, Dr Row­ley has been in To­ba­go since Sat­ur­day. 

The Prime Min­is­ter said Min­is­ter of Na­tion­al Se­cu­ri­ty Fitzger­ald Hinds and mem­bers of the lead­er­ship of the Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice will at­tend to­mor­row’s meet­ing.

To­ba­go has seen a spike in mur­ders this year, with the is­land record­ing a triple mur­der last night in Black Rock.
