Investigations are continuing into an incident where a gunman opened fire on the car of a Chaguanas woman shortly after she returned home.
Police said the 37-year-old woman, of Enterprise Street, Longdenville, parked her silver Nissan Versa in her front yard around 7.50 pm on Wednesday, when loud explosions were heard.
Some of the woman’s relatives, who were standing outside, were forced to seek cover as the gunman rode past on a bicycle and fired.
Upon checking, the woman found several bullet holes at the rear of the car.
