Guyana's pres­i­dent Dr Mo­hamed Ir­faan Ali has placed a wreath at the ceno­taph at Memo­r­i­al Square, Port-of-Spain, on the sec­ond day of his State Vis­it to Trinidad and To­ba­go.

Pres­i­dent Ali was ac­com­pa­nied by Na­tion­al Se­cu­ri­ty Min­is­ter Fitzger­ald Hinds, Port-of-Spain May­or Joel Mar­tinez and Chief of Staff of the Trinidad and To­ba­go De­fence Force, Brigadier Dex­ter Fran­cis.
