Culture Minister Winston Gypsy Peters missed yesterday's budget presentation through illness. He was taken to a medical institution in San Fernando after complaining of headaches, a Government source said last night. The T&T Guardian was told that the minister did not suffer a stroke as claimed by some. He was expected to be kept at the institution overnight and was visited by at least one Government minister. Meanwhile, Justice Minister Herbert Volney returned to Parliament yesterday after recuperating from bypass surgery a few months ago. (RL)
