He was selected in June 2023 to run the State-owned oil and gas company.
Keskula resigned on June 30, but it has now surfaced.
In a memo to staff which was obtained by the Guardian media Keskula said “Over the past two years, we have been able to collectively achieve continuous successful performance for Heritage, embodying our "One Team One Journey One Goal" culture. Together. We have faced challenges head-on, learned from them, and made significant contributions to the Government and people of T&T.”
On Monday a new Heritage board was given its instruments of appointment, by Energy Minister Dr Roodal Moonilal.
The chairman is Kurt Ramlal, a former Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Development Corporation of T&T (UDECOTT).
In delivering remarks, Minister Moonilal emphasised the critical role these entities play in the national energy landscape and reminded the members of the mandate issued by Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar, for the country to re-emerge as the energy hub of the Caribbean.
