Trinidad and To­ba­go sprint­er Jereem Richards sneaked in­to the se­mi-fi­nals of the Men’s 400m at the World In­door Cham­pi­onships in Glas­gow on Fri­day morn­ing.

He places fourth in Heat 3 qual­i­fy­ing for the se­mi-fi­nals as one of the four non-au­to­mat­ic qual­i­fiers clock­ing a sea­son best of 47.04 sec­onds. He qual­i­fied as the fourth fastest non-au­to­mat­ic qual­i­fi­er. The se­mi-fi­nals takes place on Fri­day af­ter­noon.

He is the de­fend­ing Men’s 400m In­door cham­pi­on.
