A 20-year-old land­scap­er died af­ter he was stabbed in the chest dur­ing a dis­pute on Mon­day af­ter­noon over mon­ey.

He was iden­ti­fied as Jerod Ti­wari of #3 Blue Basin Av­enue, Diego Mar­tin.

Po­lice said at 1:30 pm on Mon­day Ti­wari was at North Post Road, Diego Mar­tin in the vicin­i­ty of Del­e­gates Pet Shop when he got in­to an al­ter­ca­tion with some peo­ple over the al­leged pay­ment for the cut­ting of a tree. 

Ti­wari dur­ing the ar­gu­ment was stabbed on the left side of the chest with an un­known ob­ject. 

He was tak­en to the St. James Med­ical Fa­cil­i­ty by a friend where he was at­tend­ed to by a doc­tor. He how­ev­er died at 1:45pm.
