An­na-Lisa Paul

A 38-year-old man of Sol­da­do Road, Lange Park; Ch­agua­nas, died in a ve­hic­u­lar ac­ci­dent this morn­ing. He has been iden­ti­fied as Rishard Ho­sein.

The ac­ci­dent oc­curred around 2.45 am in the vicin­i­ty of Guay­mare, along the south-bound lane of the Uri­ah But­ler High­way. Ho­sein re­port­ed­ly col­lid­ed with a truck that was dri­ven by Ramesh Ram­sar­ran who re­port­ed be­ing giv­en a bad dri­ve by an un­known ve­hi­cle that did not stop.

Ram­sar­ran al­leged­ly spun out of con­trol and col­lid­ed with a con­crete cul­vert, fol­low­ing which Ho­sein col­lid­ed with him. This lat­est road fa­tal­i­ty bought road deaths to 74 com­pared to 72 last year.
