Po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing the cir­cum­stances sur­round­ing the mur­der of a 32-year-old man at a bar in Point Fortin on Sun­day night.

He has been iden­ti­fied as Jerome Lendor of Point Fortin. Po­lice re­ceived a re­port that around 9.20 pm, a man was shot at the Chill Bar along the Guapo Cap de Vil­lage Main Road.

When of­fi­cers from the Point Fortin Po­lice Sta­tion ar­rived at the lo­ca­tion, they saw a body ly­ing on its stom­ach cov­ered in blood.

Po­lice in­quiries re­vealed that Lendor had two ad­dress­es at Spring Trace, War­den Road and Hol­ly­wood Road, Point Ligoure.

Of­fi­cers of the Homi­cide Bu­reau of In­ves­ti­ga­tions Re­gion 3 are in­ves­ti­gat­ing.
