A man has been captured on video throwing two bags over the wall of the Port of Spain Prison this morning.
The recording shows the man walking up to the Pembroke Street side of the prison and then hurling the bags.
He then ran off after tossing them over.
According to reports, the same man was charged with a similar offence back in February and has been out on bail since then.
Investigations are ongoing.
