The shoot­ing took place on Tem­ple Street in Ari­ma Thurs­day morn­ing.

The vic­tim has so far been iden­ti­fied as a rel­a­tive of de­ceased al­leged drug crim­i­nal, Lily Layne.

Layne was killed in a shoot­ing in Mal­abar, Ari­ma on Au­gust 16, 2007.
