Na­tion­al Flour Mills Lim­it­ed (NFM) has an­nounced the post­pone­ment of its 52nd An­nu­al Meet­ing of Share­hold­ers, which was orig­i­nal­ly sched­uled for Tues­day, Oc­to­ber 28, 2025.

In a no­tice signed by Cor­po­rate Sec­re­tary Dr Sati Jag­mo­han, the com­pa­ny said the de­ci­sion was due to un­fore­seen cir­cum­stances.

Share­hold­ers will be ad­vised of the new date in a sub­se­quent an­nounce­ment.

NFM said it “deeply re­grets any in­con­ve­nience caused” and looks for­ward to meet­ing share­hold­ers once the event is resched­uled.
