During the search, they discovered a black homemade 12-gauge shotgun with one round of 12-gauge ammunition. The item was seized, and investigations are ongoing.

Later that day, members of the Maraval Charge Room conducted an exercise in the district.

During the exercise, the team found a plastic bag, hidden beneath a sheet of galvanised aluminium, containing 27 rounds of .38 special ammunition off the roadway at Celestine Trace, Maraval. The items were seized, and investigations are ongoing into the find.

During my consultation with Ms Brafit CEO Nicole Joseph-Chin, what was supposed to be a simple mastectomy bra fitting became something much deeper. Her thoughtful questions unlocked emotions I didn’t even realise I was holding in. She comforted, reassured, and helped me face the truth of what was coming. That bra wasn’t just clothing—it was the first real symbol of life after surgery.
