Sascha Wil­son

An ear­ly morn­ing ac­ci­dent in Debe has claimed the life of a 37-year-old man. He has been iden­ti­fied as Andy Fran­cis Lewis of Dil Mo­hammed Trace, Pe­nal.

Re­ports stat­ed that around 7.30 am he was head­ing north in his green Ti­i­da along Solomon Ho­choy High­way. 

On reach­ing 200 me­ters from Pa­pourie Over­pass he lost con­trol of his car which swerved on­to the me­di­an. 

Lewis was thrown from the car as it flipped and he land­ed on the shoul­der.  He died at the scene. Re­spond­ing to the ac­ci­dent were Ag FSO Arindell, WPC Har­riper­sad, Sgt Ali, Cpl Davis and oth­er of­fi­cers from the Mon Re­pos Fire Sta­tion, High­way Pa­trol and San Fer­nan­do Po­lice Sta­tion.
