Four sus­pects were held and a firearm and quan­ti­ties of am­mu­ni­tion and nar­cotics seized by of­fi­cers this week.

On Thurs­day, de­tec­tives in­ves­ti­gat­ing a re­port of armed rob­bery in­ter­cept­ed a red Kia Cel­to with a male sus­pect in the Co­corite area.

The 20-year-old St. James man was held in con­nec­tion with the

in­ci­dent.

In­ves­ti­ga­tors seized one Glock 17 pis­tol loaded with a mag­a­zine con­tain­ing 16 rounds of am­mu­ni­tion.

In an ex­er­cise yes­ter­day af­ter­noon, of­fi­cers held a 24-year-old man and seized a quan­ti­ty of mar­i­jua­na.

At an­oth­er house in the Four Roads dis­trict, of­fi­cers seized four rounds of am­mu­ni­tion and a quan­ti­ty of am­mu­ni­tion and ar­rest­ed two fe­male sus­pects, ages 47 and 50.
