A Dun­don­ald Hill man man­aged to evade po­lice as they raid­ed his home.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, of­fi­cers of the West­ern Di­vi­sion Task Force, West­ern Di­vi­sion Gang and In­tel­li­gence Unit and the Mount­ed and Ca­nine Branch were ex­e­cut­ing a search war­rant at the Dun­don­ald Hill, St. James home of a shoot­ing sus­pect.

Dur­ing the search, a pis­tol was al­leged­ly ob­served in a box next to his bed. How­ev­er, at that point, the sus­pect was able to evade ar­rest and es­caped by run­ning down a track out­side his premis­es. A war­rant has been is­sued for his ar­rest.
