The Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice (TTPS) is seek­ing the pub­lic’s as­sis­tance in lo­cat­ing 16-year-old Ka­jol Maraj of San­gre Grande.

Maraj was last seen on Sun­day and was re­port­ed miss­ing at the San­gre Grande Po­lice Sta­tion on Mon­day.

Po­lice said she is of East In­di­an de­scent, ap­prox­i­mate­ly five feet four inch­es tall, with a slim build, light brown com­plex­ion and long black hair.

At the time she was last seen, Maraj was wear­ing a black sweater and cream-coloured long pants.

The TTPS is urg­ing any­one who may have seen Maraj or has in­for­ma­tion about her where­abouts to con­tact the San­gre Grande Po­lice Sta­tion at 668-2444.

In­for­ma­tion can al­so be pro­vid­ed by call­ing the po­lice hot­lines 800-TIPS, 555, 999 or 911, or by con­tact­ing any po­lice sta­tion.

Po­lice are ap­peal­ing to mem­bers of the pub­lic with in­for­ma­tion to come for­ward as ef­forts con­tin­ue to lo­cate the teenag­er.
