?Queen Eliz­a­beth II and Prince Philip will ar­rive at 3 pm to­day on their third vis­it to T&T.

The air­craft bear­ing the Roy­al Cou­ple and their del­e­ga­tion is ex­pect­ed to touch down at Pi­ar­co Air­port at 3 pm to a pres­i­den­tial salute. Their next en­gage­ment to­day is a wreath-lay­ing cer­e­mo­ny at the Ceno­taph, Port-of-Spain. The Roy­al Cou­ple vis­it­ed T&T for the first time in 1966 and sub­se­quent­ly in 1985. The Queen's del­e­ga­tion will be based at the Carl­ton Sa­van­nah Ho­tel, Cas­cade. Tonight the Roy­al Cou­ple will be the guests of ho­n­our at a State ban­quet, host­ed by Pres­i­dent George Maxwell Richards and his wife Jean Richards, at Pres­i­dent's House. To­mor­row the Queen will launch the 21st Com­mon­wealth Heads of Gov­ern­ment Meet­ing at the new Acad­e­my for the Per­form­ing Arts at 9.45 am.

The Queen, tit­u­lar head of the Com­mon­wealth, will de­liv­er the fea­ture ad­dress. Fol­low­ing that func­tion, Prince Philip meets with for­mer ser­vice­men at Knowsley Build­ing, Port-of-Spain. The Prince al­so will vis­it To­ba­go's Coral Cay Foun­da­tion to­mor­row and at­tend a cul­tur­al per­for­mance at To­ba­go's Blue Haven Ho­tel. The Roy­al Cou­ple is al­so ex­pect­ed to at­tend re­cep­tions at the Hy­att and Diplo­mat­ic Cen­tre. On Sat­ur­day morn­ing they will at­tend a chil­dren's ral­ly at Queen's Hall They leave T&T at 8 pm.
