One of the sus­pects in­volved in yes­ter­day's rob­bery at a Lot­to booth in Co­corite and an ac­ci­dent in the vicin­i­ty of the Hasley Craw­ford Sta­di­um has been ar­rest­ed by po­lice at the Pi­ar­co In­ter­na­tion­al Air­port wait­ing to board an In­ter­na­tion­al Flight.

Po­lice sources told Guardian Me­dia that the man from Diego Mar­tin was in the In­ter­na­tion­al de­par­ture lounge of the air­port when he was de­tained by of­fi­cers.

The sus­pect is said to be now de­tained at the Four Roads Po­lice Sta­tion.

The video of the crash was post­ed to so­cial me­dia and showed the car the sus­pects were in, crash­ing in­to a pan­el van near the Movie Towne traf­fic lights along the Au­drey Jef­fers High­way on the East­bound lane.

A video of the in­jured sus­pects ly­ing on the ground was al­so post­ed to so­cial me­dia.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice three sus­pects, ages 18, 20, and 21 were de­tained while the fourth man­aged to elude cap­ture, how­ev­er he is now in cus­tody af­ter he at­tempt­ed to flee the coun­try.
