The Judiciary has announced that the 2025-2026 Law Term will open with a scaled down commemoration on September 16, 2025.
In a statement, the Judiciary said the event, which is usually a larger affair, will this year feature only a formal court sitting at the Hall of Justice in Port of Spain.
The Judiciary says there will be “no service of divine worship or parade, and no road closures or traffic restrictions are planned.”
