The Scrap Iron Industry is expected to be reopened before the end of the year

This new development was disclosed by President of the Scrap Iron Dealers Association, Alan Ferguson, on Friday morning, following a meeting with Attorney General Senator Reginald Armour SC, Minister of National Security Fitzgerald Hinds MP, and Minister of Trade and Industry, Senator Paula Gopee-Scoon.

Ferguson said whilst he is happy with the news, he is not happy with the suggestion that the copper aspect will still be banned from export for the next year.

He suggested that for the next four months a ban could work but maintains it should not be for an entire year.

That bra wasn’t just clothing—it was the first real symbol of life after surgery.
