Several domestic ferry sailings have been cancelled, rescheduled

Sev­er­al fer­ry sail­ings on the do­mes­tic seabridge have been can­celled and oth­ers resched­uled for to­day and Wednes­day, in light of the Trop­i­cal Storm Warn­ing/OR­ANGE Lev­el in ef­fect for both Trinidad and To­ba­go.

“The Man­age­ment of TTIT will mon­i­tor the weath­er sit­u­a­tion and ad­vise the pub­lic ac­cord­ing­ly on the re­sump­tion of the dai­ly sched­ule,” the Trinidad and To­ba­go In­ter-is­land Trans­porta­tion Com­pa­ny Ltd. (TTIT) has said.

An ad­vi­so­ry is­sued this morn­ing by the com­pa­ny in­di­cates the fol­low­ing ad­just­ments to its sched­ule:

●   Galleons Pas­sage — the 3:00 pm sail­ing from Port of Spain on Tues­day 28 June and the 6:30 am sail­ing from Scar­bor­ough on Wednes­day 29 June 2022, are can­celled.

●   Buc­coo Reef — the 8:00 am sail­ing from Port of Spain on Tues­day 28 June 2022 re­mains as sched­uled. How­ev­er, the 4:00 pm sail­ing from Scar­bor­ough is resched­uled to de­part at 12.00 pm in­stead of 4:00 pm as pre­vi­ous­ly ad­vised.

●   A.P.T. James — the 6:30 am sail­ing from Scar­bor­ough on Tues­day 28 June 2022 re­mains as sched­uled.

●   Cabo Star — the 2:00 pm sail­ing from Port of Spain and the 11:00 pm sail­ing from Scar­bor­ough, are can­celled on Tues­day 28 June 2022.

TTIT says af­fect­ed pas­sen­gers are not re­quired to reval­i­date their fer­ry tick­ets and will be ac­com­mo­dat­ed on fu­ture sail­ings.
