Doc­tors at­tend­ing to for­mer Pres­i­dent Sir El­lis Clarke have de­cid­ed to keep him at West Shore Med­ical for a few more days for ob­ser­va­tion. Sir El­lis is now in his third week at the hos­pi­tal in Co­corite af­ter be­ing tak­en there af­ter he suf­fered a stroke.

Fam­i­ly sources said yes­ter­day that the doc­tors have said Sir El­lis should re­main at the hos­pi­tal for a cou­ple more days be­fore a de­ci­sion is made to send him home to com­plete his re­cu­per­a­tion.
