Three sus­pects were ar­rest­ed, two firearms, sev­er­al rounds of am­mu­ni­tion seized, and two stolen ve­hi­cles were re­cov­ered dur­ing Op­er­a­tion Blue Line ex­er­cis­es on Mon­day.

Of­fi­cers of the Pin­to Road Po­lice Post con­duct­ed an Op­er­a­tion Blue Line ex­er­cise be­tween 2 pm and 6pm, at the Heights of Aripo. Act­ing on in­tel­li­gence, of­fi­cers car­ried out sur­veil­lance of an aban­doned, di­lap­i­dat­ed house, where sus­pi­cious ac­tiv­i­ty was ob­served.

The of­fi­cers then searched the premis­es, where three men, aged of 21, 24 and 34, all from the area, were found in­side. The of­fi­cers al­so dis­cov­ered an AK As­sault ri­fle with a mag­a­zine, a Beretta pis­tol, with a mag­a­zine and hol­ster, 83 rounds of am­mu­ni­tion, and three cel­lu­lar phones. The men were ar­rest­ed and con­veyed to the Pin­to Road Po­lice Post.

Dur­ing an­oth­er Op­er­a­tion Blue Line ex­er­cise, of­fi­cers of the In­ter-Agency Task Force (IATF)re­cov­ered a white Nis­san Almera at Hen­ry Dri­ve, Mara­cas/ St. Joseph, which was re­port­ed stolen from the Tu­na­puna Dis­trict on the pre­vi­ous day.

An­oth­er stolen ve­hi­cle was re­cov­ered at Cal­vary Cir­cu­lar Road, San Juan, when of­fi­cers of the San Juan CID pro­ceed­ed to the lo­ca­tion, known to be used by crim­i­nal el­e­ments. There they ob­served a parked white Nis­san AD Wag­on, which was re­port­ed stolen ear­li­er that day from the St. Joseph area. The ve­hi­cle was tak­en to the St. Joseph Po­lice Sta­tion for fur­ther pro­cess­ing.
