Three men and one woman were ar­rest­ed fol­low­ing a search war­rant ex­e­cut­ed at a res­i­dence in Taitt Madoo Road, Freeport yes­ter­day The search re­sult­ed in the dis­cov­ery of two guns along with am­mu­ni­tion and a quan­ti­ty of mar­i­jua­na.

Kevin Samuel, 28, was charged with pos­ses­sion of a firearm and am­mu­ni­tion and Kirdy Ramd­han, 24, was charged with pos­ses­sion of mar­i­jua­na. Two oth­er per­sons present at the res­i­dence, Kel­ly Mo­hammed, 21 and Bran­don Samuel, 26, were al­so ar­rest­ed. The four were joint­ly charged for pos­ses­sion of firearms and am­mu­ni­tion.

They are sched­uled to ap­pear vir­tu­al­ly at the Ch­agua­nas Mag­is­trates’ Court to­mor­row. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice re­ports, two of the sus­pects were searched in the yard of the res­i­dence up­on ex­e­cu­tion of the war­rant. They were searched and one Glock 17 pis­tol with 15 rounds of 9mm am­mu­ni­tion was al­leged­ly found on one of the sus­pects.

A quan­ti­ty of mar­i­jua­na (317 grams), was found on the oth­er sus­pect. On pis­tol with three rounds of 7.62 am­mu­ni­tion was found in the house. The war­rant was ex­e­cut­ed by PC Ram­jat­tan and a par­ty of of­fi­cers.
