Guardian Me­dia un­der­stands the de­com­posed body was found around 8am. He was ly­ing on the side of the road.

Se­nior su­per­in­ten­dent Rod­hill Kirk told Guardian Me­dia it is too ear­ly to give more de­tails. But sources said the body has marks of vi­o­lence.
