The Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers’ Association (TTMA) has launched a trade mission to Guyana and Suriname, taking place from June 9 to June 12.
The mission, led by TTMA President Dale Parson, includes a delegation of 32 companies and 50 participants, representing a diverse range of sectors and interests.
The delegation features eight small and micro enterprises, along with five participants from Tobago.
Participating companies include industry leaders such as CGA Limited, Pure Harvest Group of Companies, Ramps Logistics, DSB Marketing, and Mecalfab, spanning sectors such as Printing and Packaging, Food and Beverage, and Chemicals.
During the six-day mission, the TTMA delegation will participate in a full slate of activities including Business-to-Business (B2B) meetings, Doing Business Seminars, Cocktail Receptions, Market Visits, and Industry Tours in both Guyana and Suriname. These engagements are designed to deepen trade ties, explore sourcing opportunities, and create new investment and marketing channels for Trinidad and Tobago manufacturers.
“This mission is a strategic step toward building synergies and exploring new markets for our members,” said Mr. Dale Parson. “We look forward to meaningful dialogue, valuable connections, and stronger partnerships with our CARICOM neighbours.”
