A lo­cal artiste known as "Faces" was among two men shot dead in an apart­ment build­ing in Pleas­antville on Wednes­day night.

They have been iden­ti­fied as Kevon "Faces" An­drews, 30, and Kris­t­ian "Ming" Lind­sey. They lived in Build­ing C at Or­chid Gar­dens.

Ini­tial re­ports stat­ed around 8 pm, An­drews and Lind­sey were lim­ing on the sec­ond floor of Build­ing C out­side Apart­ment 8 when sev­er­al gun­shots rang out and they were shot sev­er­al times.

An uniden­ti­fied man was seen run­ning out of the build­ing.

Lind­sey was tak­en to the hos­pi­tal by his rel­a­tives while An­drews died at the scene. Lind­sey suc­cumbed to his in­juries some­time af­ter 9 pm, po­lice said. Of­fi­cers of the Homi­cide Bu­reau of In­ves­ti­ga­tions Re­gion 3 are in­ves­ti­gat­ing.
