An unidentified man was murdered at Stratham Lodge in St Augustine on Thursday.
Police reports say, at about 3 am the man was shot while near Mohit Plumbing by a gunman. Police said the man who sported dreadlocks was shot once in the chest. He died at the scene.
The body was viewed by the District Medical Officer (DMO) and removed to the Forensic Science Centre pending identification.
Investigations are continuing.
