A WASA su­per­vi­sor was shot dead ear­ly this morn­ing fol­low­ing an ar­gu­ment with a male rel­a­tive at their Ari­ma home.

In­ves­ti­ga­tors con­firmed to Guardian Me­dia that the shoot­ing oc­curred around 7 am at the Mount Pleas­ant Road home of the vic­tim who has been iden­ti­fied as Al­lan Stoute.

Stoute had just ar­rived home when he got an ar­gu­ment with a male rel­a­tive. Dur­ing the al­ter­ca­tion, Stoute was shot.

He was tak­en to the Ari­ma Hos­pi­tal by am­bu­lance but suc­cumbed to his in­juries.

Homi­cide de­tec­tives have since de­tained a sus­pect for ques­tion­ing.
