The Wa­ter and Sew­er­age Au­thor­i­ty (WASA) says re­pair works are un­der­way to the rup­tured 42” main in the vicin­i­ty of the San­ta Rosa Race­track, west­bound lane, off the Churchill Roo­sevelt High­way, near the bridge cross­ing.

WASA says it is man­ag­ing de­mand with a valve pro­to­col which al­lows cus­tomers east of the breach, in the Town of San­gre Grande, to re­ceive an overnight sup­ply.
