The 2024 dry season is impacting water sources across T&T. This is according to the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA), which says it is currently in the process of reviewing and adjusting its supply schedules “to efficiently and equitably provide a stable and sustainable water supply.”

The temporary supply schedules are currently being prepared by WASA and will be made available to the national community immediately upon completion in the coming days.

WASA is urging customers “to heighten their conservation efforts and partner with us as we navigate this environment together.”

It says it is aware that some communities have already been adversely affected and we will work with you to provide the necessary relief.

WASA says customers requiring urgent assistance can obtain relief with our truck-borne service.
