The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of Clarke Road and environs who are currently without a water supply that this is due to a leaking 200 mm diameter pipeline at 324 Clarke Road, Penal.
Extensive emergency repair works are expected to be completed by 4:00 p.m. on Monday 14th November 2022.
Areas to be affected include:
Customers are further advised that following the completion of these works, it may take up to twelve (12) hours for the supply to normalize in some affected areas.
A limited truck-borne service will be available upon request. This can be requested through the following self-service options:
• Use of the mobile WASA Services App which can be downloaded for Androidmobile customers from the Play Store or iPhone mobile customers from the Apple store;
or
• Use of the Customer Portal available on the Authority’s website: www.wasa.gov.tt.
