Another leak along a 16-inch transmission pipeline, located at LP 1549 Southern Main Road, La Brea is causing further delays in the resumption of water supply in parts of La Brea. According to a press release from WASA, emergency repair works to this new leak are expected to be completed 12:00 midnight on Friday.
Affected areas include: Point D’or, Newlands, Cassava Alley, Belle view #2, Bassa Hill High Points, Parts of Chinese Village, Pierre Road inclusive of all side streets. A limited truck-borne water service will be available upon request.
