Min­is­ter of En­er­gy and En­er­gy In­dus­tries Stu­art Young has re­ceived his in­stru­ment of ap­point­ment as Se­nior Coun­sel from Pres­i­dent Chris­tine Kan­ga­loo.

Young re­ceived the ap­point­ment to­day at Pres­i­dent's House.

The Of­fice of the Pres­i­dent not­ed that Young is a grad­u­ate of St Mary’s Col­lege, and of the Uni­ver­si­ty of Not­ting­ham (1996 – LL.B. (Hons.), where he stud­ied law and lat­er was ad­mit­ted to the bar in Trinidad & To­ba­go (1998), Eng­land and Wales (1997), the Com­mon­wealth of Do­mini­ca (2010) and An­tigua and Bar­bu­da (2014).

He is an Ut­ter Bar­ris­ter called to bar at Gray’s Inn, Lon­don U.K.
