The Mem­ber of Par­lia­ment for Ca­roni Cen­tral, Dr David Lee, has pledged to in­ten­si­fy ef­forts to im­prove po­lice pa­trols, street light­ing, and road con­di­tions in Carlsen Field, in an at­tempt to stem the tide of vi­o­lent crime plagu­ing the com­mu­ni­ty.
