ST JOHN’S, An­tigua – Two changes were made to the West In­dies 15-mem­ber squad ahead of the fourth and fifth T20 In­ter­na­tion­als (T20Is) against Eng­land in T&T.

The Crick­et West In­dies (CWI) se­nior men’s se­lec­tion pan­el has rest­ed fast bowler Alzarri Joseph in con­sid­er­a­tion of his work­load in­clud­ing the forth­com­ing all-for­mat tour of Aus­tralia in Jan­u­ary and Feb­ru­ary. He is re­placed in the squad by fel­low pac­er Os­hane Thomas. John­son Charles, the ex­pe­ri­enced bat­ter is al­so called in­to the squad to re­place Shim­ron Het­my­er.

West In­dies cur­rent­ly lead the Se­ries 2-1 af­ter win­ning the first two T20Is in Bar­ba­dos and Grena­da. Eng­land won the third match in Grena­da ahead of the two teams trav­el­ling to T&Tfor the fi­nale. The West In­dies have a chance to clinch the T20I Se­ries on Tues­day 19 De­cem­ber in the fourth en­counter at the Bri­an Lara Crick­et Acad­e­my. The fi­nal match will be played on the Thurs­day (De­cem­ber 21) at the same venue. Both match­es are day/night games with the first ball bowled at 4pm lo­cal time (3pm Ja­maica time).
