T&T and West In­dies fast bowler Shan­non Gabriel has signed with Eng­lish Coun­ty Glouces­ter for the last three match­es of the sea­son.

Gabriel, 31, who re­cent­ly played against In­dia in the Test se­ries in the Caribbean will play against Sus­sex, Worces­ter­shire and Northamp­ton­shire all in Sep­tem­ber. The right arm pac­er has played 70 match­es across all for­mats for the West In­dies, tak­ing 165 wick­ets.

Speak­ing on the op­por­tu­ni­ty he said: "I'm look­ing for­ward to join­ing up with Glouces­ter­shire and I will be try­ing my best to help the team push for pro­mo­tion to Di­vi­sion One. Hope­ful­ly, I'll be car­ry­ing some good form off the back of the Test se­ries against In­dia."
