Or­der was re­stored as Jus For Fun (JFF) Vikings are back on top. Match-day six of the Na­tion­al Mixed League of Darts un­fold­ed at No 36 New Street, Port-of-Spain, on Tues­day (June 16). The A di­vi­sion re­mains tight and may go down to the wire with all teams of the top four in with a chance of win­ning the ti­tle.

Jus For Fun Vikings are back on top of the tree with 43 points af­ter an 8-2 de­mo­li­tion of Pub House Pi­rates. E-Z Lines and De Orig­i­nal Game Shot (DOGS) re­main in hot pur­suit af­ter both teams shared the spoils in their high­ly an­tic­i­pat­ed clash both teams are on 38 points. The talk­ing point of the evening was the twelve dart vic­to­ry in the men's dou­bles match by Joshua Bal­four and Lestor Legall of DOGS the pair re­spec­tive­ly scored 121 in­to 135 in­to 180 with Legall tak­ing out 65 to leave Walk­lin and Joseph of E-Z Lines stunned and still with 121 left on the board. Drifters are still in the league ti­tle con­ver­sa­tion on­ly trail­ing by five pints af­ter a clin­i­cal 9-1 vic­to­ry over Bul­lz I.

Scor­pi­ons con­tin­ue to lead the pack in the B Di­vi­sion, they took on their clos­est ri­vals Jus For Fun Snipers win­ning 7-3 main­tain­ing their 10-point gap over sec­ond place. Sea Wolves leap to sec­ond place af­ter a per­fect dis­play dis­patch­ing Reck­less Darts Team 10-0. Shang­hai Bulls were able to lift them­selves out of the rel­e­ga­tion zone af­ter de­feat­ing high-fly­ing Triple Vi­sion 7-3.

Flight­ed Friends re­main un­de­feat­ed in the C di­vi­sion and in first place with a com­fort­able 14-point gap over sec­ond. The league lead­ers held their nerve in a top-of-the-ta­ble clash against Ran­dom Squad win­ning 7-3 de­spite the heavy de­feat Ran­dom Squad were still able to re­main in sec­ond place. Third-place Top Shot picked up a vi­tal 7-3 vic­to­ry over new­com­ers Pel­terzzz.

Match-day sev­en is set for to­mor­row and looks to be packed with mouth-wa­ter­ing de­ci­sive fix­tures. The top four in the A di­vi­sion can be shaped very dif­fer­ent­ly as DOGS (2) take on Jus For Fun Vikings (1) mean­while E-Z Lines (3) take on Drifters(4 ). Bul­lz I would be hop­ing to do the dou­ble over Pub House Pi­rates in their all-im­por­tant rel­e­ga­tion bat­tle. Sea Wolves would be very con­fi­dent af­ter their big win on match-day six as they are set to take on Scor­pi­ons in a top-of-the-ta­ble B di­vi­sion clash. Shang­hai Bulls and Reck­less Darts Team drew 5-5 the last time they met both teams would be hop­ing to clinch vic­to­ry in their bat­tle for sur­vival.

Top Shot has a chance to de­rail the Flight­ed Friends train and pos­si­bly end their un­de­feat­ed run in the C di­vi­sion. It all takes place at Kos­mos Club in Port-of-Spain at 8 pm.
