Nicholas Paul shows off a token of acknowledgement of his new World Record in the Men's Flying 200m, which he set yesterday at the Elite Pan American Track Cycling Championships in Bolivia. Paul lowered the record to 9.100 seconds, shaving 0.247 off the previous record set by Frenchman Francois Pervis in Aguascalientes, Mexico in December 2013.
