Nicholas Paul shows off a to­ken of ac­knowl­edge­ment of his new World Record in the Men's Fly­ing 200m, which he set on Fri­day at the Elite Pan Amer­i­can Track Cy­cling Cham­pi­onships in Bo­livia. Paul low­ered the record to 9.100 sec­onds, shav­ing 0.247 off the pre­vi­ous record set by French­man Fran­cois Per­vis in Aguas­calientes, Mex­i­co in De­cem­ber 2013.
