?On Mon­day UNC deputy leader Roodal Mooni­lal said Pan­day's ac­tion in Par­lia­ment last Fri­day was mis­chie­vous and the for­mer leader had not yet re­cov­ered from the UNC elec­toral de­feat.

Mooni­lal said the is­sue would be dis­cussed at par­ty lev­el, but he hoped "peo­ple will demon­strate a lev­el of ma­tu­ri­ty and dis­ci­pline and not let per­son­al an­i­mos­i­ty hin­der com­mit­ment to par­ty and coun­try."

Asked if he, as Pan­day's for­mer cam­paign man­ag­er, would try to as­sist in re­solv­ing the sit­u­a­tion and speak with Pan­day, Mooni­lal said in com­ing days he would sure­ly try to speak with Pan­day. Pan­day said yes­ter­day: "I meet Roodal every day in the Par­lia­ment tea room, we all talk. I car­ry no mal­ice to­ward any­one so of course if he wants to talk, I shall."
