?On Monday UNC deputy leader Roodal Moonilal said Panday's action in Parliament last Friday was mischievous and the former leader had not yet recovered from the UNC electoral defeat.
Moonilal said the issue would be discussed at party level, but he hoped "people will demonstrate a level of maturity and discipline and not let personal animosity hinder commitment to party and country."
Asked if he, as Panday's former campaign manager, would try to assist in resolving the situation and speak with Panday, Moonilal said in coming days he would surely try to speak with Panday. Panday said yesterday: "I meet Roodal every day in the Parliament tea room, we all talk. I carry no malice toward anyone so of course if he wants to talk, I shall."
