RBTT Bank has con­tributed $25,000 to Preysal Crick­et Club in sup­port of its crick­et school. The school pro­vides train­ing and men­tor­ship in crick­et and arranges ex­tra lessons for play­ers to sup­port their progress in school. Es­tab­lished 60 years ago, the club has a rich and im­pres­sive his­to­ry. Its re­cent achieve­ments in­clude hav­ing 18 of its play­ers se­lect­ed for the na­tion­al teams in each age-group dur­ing the 2008/2009 sea­son.

Three of these play­ers were al­so des­ig­nat­ed na­tion­al team cap­tains in 2008–Stephen Kat­wa­roo of T&T Un­der-15 team, Yan­nick Ot­t­ley (na­tion­al U-17) and Kjorn Ot­t­ley (T&T U-19). In­shan Ali, Theo Cuffy, Ian Bish­op, Phil Sim­mons and Eu­gene An­toine are past play­ers of the club has won 31 ti­tles in the past 12 years.
