It is with a great feel­ing of dis­gust I write this as I feel the au­thor­i­ties need to be ex­posed as the most in­com­pe­tent bunch I have come across so far!Imag­ine you have a very con­trolled sit­u­a­tion–a prison where you can mon­i­tor every­thing com­ing and go­ing and yet you have il­le­gal items go­ing in?

This is so shame­ful as the au­thor­i­ties clear­ly demon­strate their in­abil­i­ty to con­trol what goes in and comes out and al­so they are most prob­a­bly ad­mit­ting/sug­gest­ing that there are rogue of­fi­cers in their midst.In­stead of find­ing and elim­i­nat­ing the root cause of the prob­lem, they are go­ing to waste tax­pay­ers' mon­ey on jam­mers? I mean, how in­com­pe­tent are these peo­ple? They just have to get rid of the rogue of­fi­cers.
